I understand your poiunt. Years ago, 14 was marriage age. In some countires it still is. A girl can be fully developed physically by this point but mentally very few of them can register the entire experience on an adult level and can be manipulated into doing things they wouldn't do if they were 17-19.
Craving sex from a physically developed 14-15 yearold is illegal but is not the same sicko type of pedophilia as a guy who wants a lil girl with no breast or pubic hair.
